- Users acknowledge that all information obtained through the use of this service is for the personal use of the user concerned.
- Users shall subscribe to and use the information obtained from the service as-is, without processing or editing.
- Users may not under any circumstances use the information obtained from the service for sales activities, profit-oriented activities or the preparation for such activities, irrespective of whether such activities are paid or unpaid.
- Users must not duplicate or alter the information obtained from the service for purposes other than personal use without the prior consent of the Japan Bloodhorse Breeders’ Association.
- Placement of the information at a location where it can be freely accessed or obtained by a third party is prohibited.
- Further, users shall not use the information or allow a third party to use the information for business purposes by whatever means, whether sales, publishing, broadcast or otherwise.
- In the event that any losses are incurred by the Japan Bloodhorse Breeders’ Association or a third party due to a user violating the above provisions, the user shall compensate for such losses in full.
